In this clip, Paul Rademacher, the former Executive Director of The Monroe Institute (TMI), talks about its mission and direction, which is to investigate and offer experiential education programs to facilitate the evolution of human consciousness. An instrumental part of the educational programs are the use of their patented, audio-guidance technology known as Hemi-Sync®, that utilizes sound patterns that can effect someone’s state of consciousness.
